Associate Members - Effective January 1, 2004
Net dollar sales into the separate cushion industry in the preceding year, including that estimated to produce scrap, which is used to make bonded underlay.

Dues for invoices for the upcoming year are to be sent to members on October 1 of each year, payable on February 1 of the following year. For Manufacturing Members, dues are to be calculated on the number of yards shipped in the year ending June 30 of the previous year. For Associate Members, dues are to be calculated on dollar sales to the industry for the year ending October 1 of the previous year. For instance, dues for 2005 for Manufacturing Members are to be based on yards shipped for the year July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004. Dues for Associate Members for 2005 are to be based on sales to the industry for the year October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004. |
